We ordered online. My husband has just collected our order but the jumbo battered sausage we ordered was missing so all our daughter had to eat was chips! Last week chicken nuggets were missing, we left it that time as mistakes do happen but that's two items now that we've ordered, paid for and not received! It's not good enough. I have called and called but noone is answering the phone. We live in Wroughton so he wasn't going to drive back for it as the rest of the food would have gone cold. We love your food but it's put us off ordering again.
